We want every visit to ORA Skin Studio to be a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to review our studio policies before your appointment.
Appointment Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other scheduled clients.
Please note that the full service fee may still apply.
Refund & Product Exchange Policy
Services
All services are final and non-refundable.
Professional Skincare Products
Due to the nature of professional skincare products:
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
